I hope you are feeling better!

‘I often find I am so worried what people will think of my photos or my posts, until I really sit down and think about it. And I realise, who the heck cares? Anyone who is going to waste their own time and energy to say they don’t like what you do (when it’s not affecting them in any way) are unhappy somewhere deep in their own soul.’ This really spoke to me, I found myself questioning the same things recently and I thought you know what, I am going to be me for my life whole, if someone doesn’t like that – it’s their problem, not mine.

Most of the time, we just create problems in our head – as long as we are confident, that’s what matters!

Aweh Hayley I’m so glad you liked this read and that it resonated! It’s so true though isn’t it? My goal this year is to care way less what “those people” think. It shouldn’t matter anyways!

People use to say that loving yourself is selfish. I think that is why some people struggle with self love including myself. I now know the truth! Thanks for sharing!

New blog follower here. I was feeling pretty shitty today because a loved one told me my skin wasn’t beautiful. But reading your post has reminded me people are gonna have their opinions, it’s important for me to love myself first no matter what other think.

I am sorry to hear that, first of all! Sometimes when that happens to me I try to remember that people only do that shit when they have hate or anger in their own hearts. You are worthy of self love in the largest capacity! I hope your day looks up and that the sunshine reminds you of the fact that you are beautiful and amazing and cool and everthing else awesome! *heart emoji because my computer doesnt let me mkae them*

Mush wisdom in these thoughts. Have learned I am the source of much of my own misfortune and can also be a friend to myself and value myself. Helps make more sensible choices.
