You summed this up perfectly and I’m so glad you’re embracing your identity as an introvert – I love spending a majority of my time alone writing, reading, watching movies, baking, etc. I feel so at peace and calm and centered when I do things alone. If I’m at my best, I can be more present for the people who matter when I DO spend time with them. ๐Ÿ™‚

I am definitely not an introvert but my boyfriend is and it has been a blessing and curse! I think its so important for us all to remember that we need to do what makes us happy and not fit into what people think we should be doing.

I’m definitely an introvet! I like to craft or draw while I’m alone. Something about just focusing on something so small and making it turn out the way that’s in your mind!

I love being at home with my mother and my cats. I love staying up late after she goes to bed, just to sit in silence with myself. I don’t mind parties, but after an hour or two, I’m ready to go (I don’t want to get overstimulated).

As I’ve gotten older, I have seen being an introvert nothing but a blessing. I’m happy you have found what works best for you!

Cheers to you, fellow introvert! It’s been a challenge to me as well to accept that this is who I am and that there’s nothing wrong with it. One of my goals this year is to learn to say no to situations that will put me in unhappy situations just for the sake of pleasing others. Thanks for sharing! I love your aesthetic on here too ๐Ÿ™‚

That’s an awesome goal! I struggle with that as well. People pleasers syndrome is so real, and I absolutely have it. Thanks for reading love!

Hey. I’m also an introvert and never new there was a name for it, but when I found out I was like Yea, everything adds up now. I also hate talking on the phone, i love having my own space doing what I love too. Love your blog ๐Ÿ™‚

I used to feel like I always had to have a ton of friends (Iโ€™m an introvert too) but lately Iโ€™ve accepted my tiny circle and been happy about it too.

This is all too real. All I can say is that I’m really grateful that I married someone who is also an introvert, and that we are so happy to hang out together at home. I love going out with excellent friends every once in a while, but I’m mostly content with cuddling up and spending time in the comfort of my home. Thank you for sharing your experience, which looks so similar to so many of us. ๐Ÿ™‚
